Institution Guidelines

As a part of the program the Institutions i.e. Schools Colleges and universities are requested to provide details as per the prescribed format mentioned as New User next to employers login the in the website. The relevant name of the organization address and the type of organization required to avail the different services, for that the Institutional heads are required to read the Institutional Guidelines carefully and the then fills up the format as per the guidelines.

Step 1
Name of the Organization: - It is most important to mention the name under which the Organization is running the Institution normally the name as a common Category of the Organization i.e. School, College, University and Research Center.

STEP 2
Address of the Organization: - It is Important to mention the correct postal address along with city, State and Zip/Pin Code No:- and the Communication links such as telephone no’s, website and email should be properly checked after filling the form.

STEP 3
The Institution Should Specify the Affiliation –e.g. university or boards name and recognition is mentioned by nodal agency such as: AICTE or State Govt.

STEP 4
The name of the mother organization such as trust or society should be properly mentioned.

STEP 5
The Office bearer details should be provided of mother Organization such as General Secretary, Treasurer or President of Society or Trust.

Step 6
The remarks should mention the activities demanded or other services required to the Institutions by teachersemploymentnews.com.

In case if any Institution has still more options to mention the Institution is required to forward the hard copy of Letter to the Managing Director. With Reference Unique Identification This is Unique Digital Identification is generated by an Institution whose details are already registered completely and for all purposes obtained the Unique digital I-Card.
