The Genesis


The venture of Teachers Merit Awards is a move to repay in a small measure our debt to our nation builders – Teachers, by discovering and publically recognising their merit and talent that often goes unnoticed.

The token gesture is likely to impart to them the assurance that their diligence has a meaning and their dedication has a purpose.

This is likely to encourage their aspirations and whet their motivation for pursuing their noble cause with zeal and hope for a better tomorrow.

 

Introduction


The Teachers Merit Awards have been constituted with the aim of felicitating and acknowledging unique and innovative initiatives in the field of education globally.

It is with this in view that GGSIPU & the Teachers Employment News have joined hands to launch a scheme of awards for innovative practicing teachers with a GGSIPU degree.

 Awards would be given away in the event hosted in the respective universities at the annual event or graduation ceremony to be held at the university for the respective academic year.

  3. Tamra Pratibha Award    
  4. Saraswati Pratibha Award

 

 Swarna Pratibha Awards

This category of Award will be given to the topper of the university, on the basis of the final result declared. For the outstanding performance as an innovative Student of B.Ed, B.El.Ed and M.Ed.

  

Rajat Pratibha Award

This category of Awards will be given to the student of university on the basis of the second position attained as declared in final result, for the outstanding performance as an innovative Student of B.Ed, B.El.Ed and M.Ed.

 

Tamra Pratibha Award

This category of Award will be given to the student of the university on the basis of the Third position attained as declared in final result, for the outstanding performance as an innovative Student of B.Ed, B.El.Ed and M.Ed.

 

Saraswati Pratibha Awards

This category of Awards will be given to the student toppers of all the Colleges of B.Ed, B.El.Ed and M.Ed affiliated to GGSIPU on the basis of the final result declared.
